Hellenic Navy Officer (Captain) retired, who holds BA in Nautical Science (HNA), Postgraduate Degree (MSc) in Automation Systems (NTUA), Postgraduate Degree (MSc) in Environmental, Disaster and Crisis Management Strategies (UOA) and Degree from Supreme Joint War College.

Professional experience on naval strike units as a weapons officer, warship commanding officer, NATO staff officer, technical manager of weapons systems in Naval Base and member of national acquisition boards (Helios II earth observation satellite system, missile systems, etc.). Additional experience onboard oil product/chemical tankers, shipping managing companies and European research projects.

Training experience acquired from Hellenic Navy officers training centres as instructor and Hellenic Navy General Staff / Training and Education as head of directorate. Additionally, instructor at Saudi Arabia environmental compliance centre and at maritime training centres in Greece. Current position, Training Manager in shipping industry.
